These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SMS and One-Time Password (OTP) services provided by Innovyx Tech Labs LLP ("Company," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of Service
The Company provides SMS-based notifications, including but not limited to:
- • One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for login and verification.
- • Transactional alerts and account updates.
- • Service-related announcements.
2. Consent & Opt-In
By entering your mobile number on our platform, you provide express consent to receive automated text messages. For Service Implicit messages (like OTPs), consent is inferred by your request for a specific action (e.g., clicking "Send OTP").
3. Message Frequency
The number of SMS messages you receive will vary based on your interaction with our platform. You will receive one SMS per verification request.
4. Standard Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply as per your mobile service provider's plan. Innovyx Tech Labs LLP is not responsible for any costs incurred by the user for receiving these messages.

- • The Company will never ask for your OTP over a phone call or email.

The Company relies on third-party telecom operators and gateways for SMS delivery. We do not guarantee 100% delivery or "instant" arrival of SMS, as this depends on network availability and carrier routing. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate SMS services to any user at our discretion, without notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
