We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our software development projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibility

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact, managing client requirements and expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Progress Monitoring: Track milestones and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
• Proven experience in IT/Software project management.
• Proficiency with tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of React, Django, and DRF (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
